2026 RELEASES
Having three distinctive Rhône-style wines has made this an exciting season at Stellar Ridge Vineyard. We’ve welcomed new restaurant and tasting room partners, launched our wine club, and enjoyed sharing our wines at private dinners, tastings, and events throughout the region.
We’re also preparing to bottle our limited 2024 GSM Red — with only 75 cases produced.
Look for new vintages and exciting updates throughout 2026, and make sure to join our email list so you’re the first to know what’s happening at Stellar Ridge Vineyard.
“HIDDEN GEM” – WINE ENTHUSIAST
Our flagship GSM earns special recognition
We are thrilled to receive a 90-point score from Wine Enthusiast on our 2023 GSM red blend - along with the coveted designation of ‘Hidden Gem’:
"This bottle is reminiscent of the California early days of Rhone blends, with rich red fruits, citrus zest, and notes of wild flowers on the nose; the flavors, while weighty, are fresh red plums and raspberry fruit roll-up layered with dried herbs, minerals, and a dry finish on the palate. Aerate and Enjoy" — Tonya Pitts, Wine Enthusiast
Our Second Vintage Takes the Gold!
Only 110 cases produced, and it’s moving fast.
Notes of raspberry, kumquat, and orange cream soda on the nose. The palate brings crushed cranberry and red plum, finishing with citrus zest, minerality, and mouth-watering acidity.
2025 Bubbly Rosé
50% Mourvèdre / 50% Grenache from a late-season harvest—but fermented dry, keeping it bright, crisp, and mineral-driven.
Strawberry, peach, nectarine, and apricot up front, finishing with fresh acidity and subtle notes of dragonfruit and ginger.
Only 120 cases produced—it’s already one of our favorite wines we’ve made!
Stellar Ridge Vineyard is perched on steep, south-facing slopes in Newcastle, California, within the Sierra Foothills AVA. Warm summer days and cool evening breezes create ideal conditions for our small, family-run winery focused on Rhône-style wines.
Before the vineyard was planted, the property remained untouched meadowland for generations, supporting native grasses, wildflowers, insects, and wildlife. Preserving that biodiversity continues to guide how we farm today. We believe healthy soils and a balanced ecosystem produce stronger vines, better fruit, and ultimately more expressive wines.
Every vine on the property is hand-tended with one purpose in mind:
To grow and craft wines we’re proud to share with family and friends.
